Through courses in the Organizational Leadership program, you will examine conceptual frameworks for both leadership and learning, explore the benefits and challenges of leading diverse groups and study the processes of both change and change management. A senior capstone course provides an opportunity for you to complete a self-analysis of yourself as a leader.
